Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Roostwall (the “Service”), operated by TAPTENNIS, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep them secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including family members you invite to your dashboard. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your wall link

Each dashboard has a private display link that shows your calendar and countdowns without signing in. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with screens you trust. You can generate a new link at any time from Settings, which disables the old one.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events, countdowns and calendar data you add or connect. You give us permission to store and display it solely to operate the Service for you and the people you share it with.

Connected calendars

If you connect Google Calendar or add a calendar feed, you confirm you have the right to share that calendar with your dashboard. You can disconnect at any time.

Free and paid plans

Roostwall is currently free. We may introduce a paid Pro plan. Free Pro months granted through promotions or referral links have no cash value, are non-transferable, and apply once Pro is available. We will tell you about pricing before you are ever charged.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to access other people’s dashboards, disrupt the Service, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Weather information

Weather, forecasts and alerts come from third-party sources such as the U.S. National Weather Service and are provided as-is. Do not rely on Roostwall for emergency or safety decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAPTENNIS, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
